MCASD X-Store Policies

The MCASD X STORE offers a full range of books on contemporary art, architecture, photography, and culture. In addition, you'll find a selection of children's products, gift items for the home or office, and personal accessories. Come visit our on-site store located in La Jolla for unusual and one-of-a-kind items not available online. A museum admission is not required to shop at the X Store.

Shipping Policies

  • STANDARD DELIVERY Standard deliveries in the continental U.S. are sent via UPS Ground delivery and made within 14 business days (see below for shipping/handling rates). You will be advised of a delay on shipping that exceeds 30 days. We do not deliver outside of the continental U.S. at this time. Shipping charges are based on the weight of the package and the destination and will be calculated at check out. If you would prefer to pick up your purchase at the X Store please indicate it in the comments of your order and we will refund your shipping charges when the order is processed.
  • RUSH DELIVERY Rush shipments within the United States are sent via UPS 2nd Day delivery. Handling charges include expedition of order. Orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days of order receipt. We do not deliver outside of the continental U.S. at this time.
  • INTERNATIONAL ORDERS We are not accepting any orders outside of the United States at this time.
  • OUT OF STOCK ITEMS If we expect an out of stock item is going to take more than two weeks to be re-stocked, we will notify you by phone or email. If other items on your order are in stock, we will automatically ship them ahead and send the backorder when it becomes available. You will not be charged for your backordered item until it is shipped. You will not be charged extra shipping fees.
